That also means you won't have to stress about always having your house "show-ready". No need to vacuum before you head out to work every morning and you won't have to leave your house every Sunday for an open house. Our goal is to take away all the stress of putting your house on the market.
We can also alleviate the fear of the unknown which most sellers face. How long will my house sit on the market? Will I possibly have to carry two mortgages? Will I have to put a contingency on my new home offer? H2H has the answers for all those worries. Need to sell immediately? We can close quickly. Haven't even started looking for your next home? We can close when you are ready. Need to sell now but haven't found your next home? We may be able to work out a rent-back situation to help you stay in your current home for an agreed upon amount of time.
Our company name, H2H ("house to home"), stands for what we strive to do. We take the stress out of selling your current HOUSE so you can focus on moving in to your new HOME!
Who We Are
My name is Chris and I am a licensed realtor in both Kansas and Missouri. I have been doing residential real estate for a number of years, but flipping houses is my passion. My wife and I started flipping houses when we found ourselves continuously moving because we loved updating houses. Once we decided to stay settled for a while, we started flipping houses to fulfill our "itch" while also helping other families, whether it was getting their current house off their hands or creating a new home for somebody else.
As a licensed realtor, I can handle the process with no commission fees through an established title company and, because I am continuously doing research of the area market, I can ensure H2H will pay fair market value for your house.
To be clear, we are not looking for updated homes. We are looking for homes that need updating, a little love as we like to say, to bring them to market ready condition - no matter what state of originality or disrepair they might be in.
Our goal is to make the house up to date with what buyers are currently looking for. We also hope to add value and increase property value, all while aiding in the overall development of the community. It's a bonus that we also get to have a little fun while we are at it and help provide for our own family along the way!
